Information we process

The Platform is a private, invitation-only business tool. We process account data (name, email, role), authentication data, and the operational/financial data you enter or connect (e.g. QuickBooks, Google Calendar, social and WhatsApp business data) solely to run the dashboard for authorised staff.

How we use it

To authenticate users, display live business metrics, send operational alerts you trigger, and keep the dashboard current. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Live data is retrieved through APIs you connect (Intuit QuickBooks, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, AI providers). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Security & retention

Access is restricted by WordPress authentication and per-role capabilities; secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. Data is retained for as long as the account is active or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Authorised users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@quad-a.com.
